How to become a member
Mayfield Clinic's Membership is the best way to access regular care on a regular basis at the practice.
Members are considered our 'registered' patients. For all Members, we'll maintain an ongoing record at the practice for your care.
Memberships are based on a 12-month term, payable either monthly or annually.
Standard Membership
Standard Membership is designed for individuals who intend to use the practice infrequently, or alongside other healthcare providers. You'll benefit from discounted rates on our services, direct access to our front-desk for booking, and an annual Health & Exercise consultant assessment.
Core & Premium Membership
Core & Premium Membership are designed for individuals looking to use Mayfield Clinic as their main primary care provider. The monthly fee covers up to 10 GP consultations per annum; these appointments can be used for any of our regular GP services including consultations, blood tests and travel health.
Our Premium subscription enhances this, by including access to mental health and wellness services.
