Membership is designed for individuals or families looking for direct access to experienced private general practitioners. Members are considered registered at the practice. We maintain a medical record for all registered patients.

For those looking to use Mayfield Clinic on an adhoc basis or alongside their NHS provision, we recommend standard Membership. For those using Mayfield Clinic as their main primary care provider, we recommend our subscription Memberships.

If you are looking to use Mayfield Clinic on an irregular basis or to supplement your NHS provision, Mayfield Clinic standard Membership is likely most appropriate. You'll get the benefit of our Membership services, such as use of our out-of-hours service and reception team, and receive discounts on Mayfield Clinic services.

For those looking to use Mayfield Clinic as their main general practice care provision, we recommend our Subscription Memberships. These include your annual consumption of GP appointments, and allow you to draw on Mayfield Clinic GPs as regularly as you need without incurring additional financial cost.

Mayfield Clinic Membership terms are fixed 12-month terms. For our Subscription Members, your annual appointment allowance renews each 12 months.

We have a finite number of Memberships available at the practice. This limit ensures that we are able to provide a differentiated service to our Members.

We seek to provide our Members with a differentiated level of service, including maintaining a medical record, allocating a named (regular) GP and offering flexibility on access (for example, same day appointments and home visits).

Yes, Members are able to contact the practice reception by telephone, WhatsApp or Email, and our administrative team are available to support with any non-clinical requests.
