1. Overview

Mayfield Clinic's mission is to deliver excellent personalised private healthcare outside of the NHS. We think that transparency about costs of private healthcare is very important and we want to make sure that you have as much information as possible about the costs that arise when you choose to use our service.

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully as it is important that you understand them. You will be asked to accept them as part of the registration process. In addition, please read our Privacy Policy, which further details elements mentioned within our Terms and Conditions.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check to ensure that you understand the terms that will apply at the time you enter into a transaction with us.

2. Best usage

Elements of Mayfield's services can be viewed without setting up an account via our website. The account system is provided by our partner Hero Health. In order to benefit most from our website, you must create a Hero account - this can be done via the Log In button at the top of the website. This requires you to input basic information about yourself which you then authorise Hero and Mayfield Clinic to use and disclose as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Appointment information

3.1 Cancellations and refunds

By default, appointments are refundable if cancelled before the cancellation period. At Mayfield Clinic this period is 24 hours. Otherwise no refund applies.

Home test kits are considered personalised healthcare items as they are prepared for the individual. They are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled via your online account. They can be rescheduled outside of the cancellation period.
