All of our PCR test results include a test result that can be used for travel. This result acts as a 'Fit To Fly' certificate, by confirming your result, your identity (including a passport number), your personal details, and the time and date of the swab sample and laboratory report.
End your travel isolation by taking a PCR test on Day 5 (where Day 0 is the day of arrival back into the UK). Upon receipt of a negative result, you can end your quarantine.
Confirm if you are currently carrying SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection by taking a PCR test. A PCR test is appropriate for identifying current infection from between day 0 (the day of first exposure) up to day 14. After day 14, an antibody test may be more suitable
When you visit one of our clinics for a clinician-led test, a trained healthcare professional will collect the required sample from you. Having a trained professional take the sample reduces the risk of invalid results. Additionally, our clinicians can provide signed certification confirming your identity and that they collected the sample.
Unfortunately as kits are personalised healthcare items they are non-refundable
Yes, once you've registered your barcode, results are sent 24/7
Once you've collected your sample (self-test) or seen a practitioner for a sample collection, you will need to register your kit barcode according to the provided instructions. Results will be sent through to the registered email. Please check your junk mail if no results have been received at the expected time, and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org if still not resolved.
Individuals of all ages
Although we seek to use the most accurate tests available, no test is 100% accurate and we are not able to guarantee a specific outcome from your COVID-19 test.
We use a number of labs, all of whom are UKAS registered or UKAS accredited. If you require a UKAS accredited lab, you will need to book an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals and request this at the time of the appointment.
To return a self-test sample, please see our list of next day drop-points.
Please note that the next day timeline should be considered a guideline. We have a history of returning next day test results on time, however occasionally issues outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, lab processing issues, laboratory supply chain issues) may mean that your sample takes longer to return. We will provide a refund should your test result be delayed past 5PM the day after it is expected. Please plan accordingly; we recommend planning your travel testing so that you have your test results in-hand 24 hours prior to departure
